Barry Rosenthal served as General Counsel and as a member of the Management Committee at JBG. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Rosenthal was a partner with the law firm of Bingham McCutchen LLP, where he was co-chair of the real estate group. He has represented clients in sophisticated real estate and finance-related matters for more than 30 years.

Barry is a Fellow in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, and has been recognized as a leading real estate lawyer by various publications, including Chambers USA, the Legal Times of Washington, and Washingtonian Magazine.

Barry currently serves on the executive and governance committees of the ULI Washington District Council. He is a graduate of the University of Rochester and the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
