A United States Citizen;
\nA resident of the county where you submit the application;
\nAt least 17 years and 10 months old, and at least 18 years of age on Election Day
\nNot currently in state or federal prison OR on parole for the conviction of a felony
\nNot currently found mentally incompetent to vote by a court<\/p>\n
