By teaching our Rocketeers how to express themselves clearly and fluently, they are learning critical language and social skills that will help them succeed in school and life.<\/p>\n<p>So we decided to create a little oracy competition between our schools here in San Jose. \u00a0\u00a0We asked our Rocketeers to write and present a speech that answers one simple question: \u201cWhat are your dreams for the future?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s what they said\u2026<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Rocketeers Share Their Dreams for The Future\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/263588489?dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture; clipboard-write\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>By showing our Rocketeers that we believe in their potential from the moment they start school, they believe in themselves.
