A trav\u00e9s de la ense\u00f1anza y el desarrollo continuo como educador en Rocketship, he podido experimentar c\u00f3mo nuestra organizaci\u00f3n contin\u00faa mejorando y perfeccionando nuestras pr\u00e1cticas de aprendizaje combinado.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Durante el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, he tenido la gran oportunidad de trabajar tambi\u00e9n con BetterLesson en su <a href=\"http:\/\/betterlesson.com\/blended\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Proyecto Maestro en Ense\u00f1anza Mixta<\/a> para desarrollar y compartir a\u00fan m\u00e1s algunas de mis pr\u00e1cticas de aprendizaje combinado en mi clase. Como parte de una cohorte de 11 excelentes maestros de aprendizaje combinado en todo el pa\u00eds, continuamos contribuyendo y explorando las posibilidades de c\u00f3mo puede verse el aprendizaje combinado en el aula. Tambi\u00e9n me aseguro de realizar controles frecuentes de comprensi\u00f3n. Dedicar tiempo extra a revisar las expectativas de las rotaciones al principio del a\u00f1o ayuda a garantizar que las rotaciones funcionen sin problemas durante todo el a\u00f1o. Tambi\u00e9n se seleccionan tutores de clase para cada rotaci\u00f3n. Caminan para apoyar a sus compa\u00f1eros que necesitan ayuda e incluso ayudan a gestionar el comportamiento en clase. A los tutores de clase se les da un iPad con acceso a nuestro sitio ClassDojo, donde otorgan \"puntos positivos\" a los estudiantes que cumplen con las expectativas y \"puntos de mejora\" a aquellos que no las cumplen.
