Saqu\u00e9 toda mi artiller\u00eda: \"1,2,3... Ojos en m\u00ed\", \"Manos arriba\". Incluso fui creativo con algunos ritmos de palmas para llamar a la acci\u00f3n y respuesta. Sin embargo, nunca parec\u00eda conseguir m\u00e1s del 70 por ciento de la atenci\u00f3n de mis alumnos. Siempre hab\u00eda tres o cuatro que segu\u00edan trabajando o hablando.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Luego particip\u00e9 en un curso en l\u00ednea sobre m\u00e9todos de Ense\u00f1anza Culturalmente Sensible, facilitado y basado en la investigaci\u00f3n del Dr. Sharroky Hollie. Discutimos maneras en que un maestro puede profundizar en la cultura de sus estudiantes m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de usar p\u00f3steres que se parezcan a ellos, d\u00edas de comida \u00e9tnica y estudiar a MLK. Ser culturalmente sensible significa ir a lo esencial, incluyendo c\u00f3mo captas la atenci\u00f3n de tus estudiantes.<\/p>\n<p>Muchos de mis alumnos provienen de or\u00edgenes y culturas que valoran las relaciones, el trabajo duro y el trabajo de calidad. <em>sobre<\/em> horarios y plazos.
