Nunca lo he sido y probablemente nunca lo ser\u00e9. Durante la secundaria, me costaba mantener los ojos abiertos en la primera hora. En la universidad, programaba todas mis clases despu\u00e9s de las 10:00 am. Pero hoy en d\u00eda, las 7:45 am es mi parte favorita de cada d\u00eda de trabajo. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9? Porque es hora del lanzamiento de Rocketship.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/vimeo.com\/124359535\/869d5503d3\">https:\/\/vimeo.com\/124359535\/869d5503d3<\/a><\/p>\n<p>El lanzamiento es ruidoso, tonto y muy divertido. Cada d\u00eda decimos el Juramento de Lealtad y recitamos el credo del Cohete, prometiendo defender nuestros valores fundamentales. Declaramos con orgullo que todos somos Coheteros persistentes y responsables, respetuosos entre nosotros y emp\u00e1ticos con nuestro mundo. Despu\u00e9s, cantamos, o m\u00e1s bien, gritamos, una canci\u00f3n que nos inspira a mostrar un valor fundamental espec\u00edfico.<\/p>\n<p>><a href=\"http:\/\/www.rocketshipschools.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/rocketship_creed1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-2552\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rocketshipschools.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/rocketship_creed1.png?w=234\" alt=\"Cohete_Credo\" width=\"234\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a>Cerramos con una fiesta de baile coreografiada con m\u00e1s de 600 Rocketeers. Los estudiantes y padres aprenden un nuevo y asombroso baile dise\u00f1ado por los profesores para que nadie se quede torpemente al margen. Launch brinda a los Rocketeers la oportunidad de ser divertidos, ruidosos y compartir una experiencia positiva que los prepara para un d\u00eda exitoso en la escuela. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Dejando a un lado las tonter\u00edas, para m\u00ed la verdadera magia de Launch son las conexiones que hacemos y la comunidad que construimos cada ma\u00f1ana. A medida que mis alumnos van llegando antes del inicio oficial de Launch, tengo tiempo para saludarlos y saber c\u00f3mo est\u00e1n. Dentro de este espacio \u00fanico, interact\u00fao con ellos individualmente, aprendiendo sobre sus nuevos cachorros o su visita m\u00e1s reciente del ratoncito P\u00e9rez. Durante Launch, construimos las relaciones que son cruciales para alcanzar nuestras metas una vez que entramos al aula.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el Lanzamiento es donde definimos qu\u00e9 significa ser un Rocketeer de Rocketship. Profundizamos en el significado de cada uno de nuestros valores fundamentales, celebrando a los estudiantes que ejemplifican estas caracter\u00edsticas y estableciendo objetivos para todo el campus para demostrarlas. Creamos una comunidad de Rocketeers mientras <em>Sac\u00fadelo<\/em> con Taylor Swift, canta fuerte y orgullosamente al ritmo de Katy Perry <em>Rugido<\/em> o animar a los estudiantes persistentes que ganan por unanimidad la competencia de baile contra los profesores.<\/p>\n<p>Como decimos en nuestro credo diario, <em>\u00a1Juntos, todos somos Coheteros del Cohete!<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><em>Jen est\u00e1 en su s\u00e9ptimo a\u00f1o como maestra de alfabetizaci\u00f3n de primer grado en la Academia S\u00ed Se Puede. Se gradu\u00f3 de la Universidad de California, Los \u00c1ngeles y antes de ense\u00f1ar en Rocketship, trabaj\u00f3 como asistente de maestra en la Escuela Laboratorio de UCLA. En 2009, Jen se uni\u00f3 a Teach for America y se convirti\u00f3 en miembro del equipo fundador de maestros en S\u00ed Se Puede.
