En Rocketship, creemos profundamente que la educaci\u00f3n de cada ni\u00f1o debe ser personalizada; el compromiso de utilizar datos y evaluaciones para individualizar la educaci\u00f3n de cada ni\u00f1o, tener la flexibilidad de convocar grupos de diferentes tama\u00f1os dependiendo de la lecci\u00f3n, y un uso intencionado de la tecnolog\u00eda para mejorar el aprendizaje de los estudiantes y apoyar la instrucci\u00f3n en el aula es una gran parte de lo que hace que nuestras escuelas sean transformadoras.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Si creemos que el aprendizaje personalizado es lo mejor para nuestros hijos, no hay raz\u00f3n para que no enfoquemos todo el desarrollo profesional de nuestro personal de la misma manera.  Convocar grupos de diferentes tama\u00f1os en funci\u00f3n de las necesidades, comprometerse con pr\u00e1cticas de coaching que sabemos que fomentan las habilidades por naturaleza y utilizar los datos para medir constantemente el crecimiento y el desarrollo son tan importantes para nuestros profesores como lo son para nuestros hijos.<\/p>\n<p>Hay muchas variables a nivel de profesor que afectan al rendimiento de los alumnos: nivel de experiencia, resultados anteriores, educaci\u00f3n, madurez, \u00e9tica de trabajo, etc.  Pero, para m\u00ed, s\u00f3lo hay una que pueda controlar de verdad: la cantidad y el tipo de desarrollo y apoyo que reciben. Crear sistemas y estructuras para un desarrollo docente verdaderamente personalizado es fundamental para que nuestros alumnos obtengan lo que necesitan para tener \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n<p>He aqu\u00ed cinco ideas fundamentales que impulsan nuestro enfoque del apoyo personalizado a nuestros profesores:<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #006b6e;\"><strong>1. Cultivar el deseo de crecer<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Construya visiones integrales de la excelencia y util\u00edcelas como herramienta de orientaci\u00f3n para asegurarse de que los profesores ven un camino en su desarrollo. Los profesores tambi\u00e9n deber\u00edan celebrarlo. Tener grandes expectativas es un arma de doble filo: es muy importante para todos los miembros de una comunidad y, al mismo tiempo, dificulta la celebraci\u00f3n aut\u00e9ntica del \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n<p>Si\u00e9ntase c\u00f3modo celebrando el crecimiento en una habilidad o el progreso hacia un gran objetivo, incluso si ese objetivo est\u00e1 lejos de alcanzarse.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #006b6e;\">3.  Distinci\u00f3n entre CIE y NICE<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>ICE, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s, es una experiencia de coaching intensivo, y debe ser algo que desarrolle habilidades por naturaleza.  El coaching en tiempo real, la planificaci\u00f3n conjunta con un profesor y el an\u00e1lisis de los datos de la evaluaci\u00f3n formativa con un profesor son ICEs en mi coaching.  Las NICE (Not ICEs), para nosotros, son cosas como la retroalimentaci\u00f3n del plan de clase y el modelado: son agradables de hacer, pero no son por naturaleza desarrollo de habilidades, por lo que no pueden ser una parte importante de nuestros procesos de coaching.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #006b6e;\">4.  Comprometerse con un grupo central de CIE como equipo de liderazgo<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Si vamos a desarrollarnos como entrenadores pedag\u00f3gicos, nosotros, como l\u00edderes escolares, tenemos que colaborar profundamente.  En nuestras escuelas, elegimos un peque\u00f1o n\u00famero de ICEs que coincidan con las necesidades de nuestra escuela y buscamos ponerlos en pr\u00e1ctica juntos.  Si entrenamos juntos, es probable que crezcamos m\u00e1s como entrenadores y que crezcamos m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente, lo que tendr\u00e1 un gran impacto en el rendimiento de los estudiantes.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #006b6e;\">5.  Haga que cada minuto de DP sea importante<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Valoramos mucho m\u00e1s el aprendizaje colaborativo en grupos peque\u00f1os que el PD en grupos enteros, por lo que la mayor parte de nuestro tiempo de PD se destina al primero.
