Como maestra de educaci\u00f3n especial, trabajo con muchos ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os con TDAH o con comportamientos t\u00edpicos del TDAH. A menudo, estos estudiantes pueden tener \u00e9xito en un aula de educaci\u00f3n general con algunas adaptaciones implementadas. He utilizado todas estas adaptaciones en mi propia aula de recursos y tambi\u00e9n he ayudado a los maestros de educaci\u00f3n general a implementarlas en sus propias aulas.
\n<\/p>\n

La clave para ofrecer adaptaciones exitosas es tener expectativas claras desde el principio. Es importante no utilizar estas adaptaciones para se\u00f1alar negativamente a los estudiantes. Yo nunca las uso como castigo y animo a los estudiantes a que me avisen cuando las necesiten. Sigue leyendo para conocer siete adaptaciones para estudiantes con TDAH.<\/p>\n

\u00a1Dales algo que sujetar!\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>Esta es una de las adaptaciones m\u00e1s b\u00e1sicas que puedes ofrecer, pero ayuda mucho a los estudiantes inquietos. Mis \"fidgets\" favoritos son las Yuk-E-Balls (s\u00faper duraderas y f\u00e1ciles de limpiar), pero hay much\u00edsimas opciones m\u00e1s econ\u00f3micas, como los saquitos de semillas o las pelotas antiestr\u00e9s. Solo aseg\u00farate de establecer expectativas claras sobre el uso del fidget, como no lanzarlo.<\/p>\n

\"Darles<\/a>

2.\u00a0As\u00edgneles el trabajo de cronometrador de clase.<\/b>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>Una clase o actividad puede parecer que dura una eternidad para un estudiante con TDAH, por lo que un recordatorio concreto de la cantidad de tiempo restante puede ser \u00fatil. Tu cronometrador asignado puede usar un cron\u00f3metro de mano para medir todo, desde el tiempo de trabajo independiente hasta los descansos para ir al ba\u00f1o. Esto tambi\u00e9n ayuda a mantener a los ni\u00f1os ocupados y sinti\u00e9ndose \u00fatiles.<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0Usa cinta para crear l\u00edmites claros.<\/b>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>Si tus alumnos se sientan en mesas compartidas, intenta usar cinta de carrocero para dividir el espacio. \u00a1Esto me ha ahorrado muchas discusiones! Los alumnos que tienen problemas para no tocar lo ajeno tienen un recordatorio claro y visual cuando ven la cinta.<\/p>\n

4.\u00a0Proporcionar recordatorios visuales.<\/b>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>Tengo gr\u00e1ficos en T con comportamientos de \"s\u00ed\" y \"no\" publicados en el aula para muchas de nuestras actividades. Utilizo recursos visuales de LessonPix<\/a> ($36 por una suscripci\u00f3n anual), pero tambi\u00e9n puedes usar im\u00e1genes de Google. Cuando un estudiante muestra un comportamiento de \"no\", puedes simplemente se\u00f1alar la imagen correspondiente en lugar de tener que redirigir verbalmente cada vez. Tambi\u00e9n puedes hacer un mini gr\u00e1fico T para que el estudiante lo pegue en su escritorio.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.\u00a0Permitir al estudiante pararse mientras trabaja<\/b>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>Tengo algunos estudiantes que simplemente no pueden quedarse sentados por m\u00e1s de unos minutos. Si el estudiante tiende a deambular cuando est\u00e1 de pie, intente delinear el \u00e1rea alrededor de su escritorio con cinta adhesiva (similar al n\u00famero 3) para crear un l\u00edmite claro.<\/p>\n

7.\u00a0Proporcionar descansos cerebrales frecuentes<\/b>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>Mis alumnos est\u00e1n obsesionados con hacer descansos cerebrales en Ve Fideo<\/a>, \u00a1que est\u00e1 bien dise\u00f1ado y es gratis! Los estudiantes pueden seguir estos videos cortos y bailar, hacer yoga, trotar en el sitio y m\u00e1s, todo mientras ganan puntos por su campeones lindos del sal\u00f3n de clases<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Por supuesto, todas estas estrategias requieren mucho trabajo previo y pr\u00e1ctica inicial.
