Rocketship Public Schools held a topping-out ceremony last week as its K-4 music-themed charter school in Antioch moves closer to an August opening.

Members of the Rocketship community gathered at the muddy construction site Wednesday on 5400 Mt. View Road to celebrate the site’s topping out. The COVID-19 pandemic had delayed plans for the school, which broke ground in September. The new Rocketship school falls in line with the charter school network’s goal to construct buildings with an “accessible” design.
