Rocketship Stellar

Stellar Elementary families, we’re excited to welcome you to Rocketship Public Schools, a top-tier national public charter network with 22 schools across the country! Stellar Elementary was actually founded in 2017 by Melissa McGonegle, who founded a high-performing Rocketship school in California in 2009. We are excited to come together and share our proven model of personalized learning, strong parent partnership, and high-quality educators with your community.

We expect the acquisition of Stellar Elementary by Rocketship Public Schools to be completed by June 30, 2025. Rocketship is currently awaiting final approval by the schools’ authorizer, UWM, and the satisfaction of other closing conditions.
