Rose Waller has over 18 years of experience practicing law. She is passionate about advocating and protecting consumers in antitrust, consumer finance, mass torts, product’s liability, employment, and securities fraud matters.  She has extensive litigation experience litigating cases throughout the United States.  In addition to her work as a litigator, Ms. Waller is a voter’s rights advocate as a volunteer attorney for Election Protection, a nonpartisan coalition of voting rights activists ensuring that all voters have equal opportunity to participate in the political process.  

Ms. Waller earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from the University of California at Berkeley. She attended the University of California, Hastings School of the Law where she received her Juris Doctorate.
