Samantha joined Rocketship Spark in the 20-21 school year with 9 years of school leadership experience, including 6 as a Principal. Samantha chose to enter the field of education because of her unwavering belief that all students, regardless of race or socio-economic status, deserve access to a high quality education. Samantha’s daughter is an enthusiastic Spark Rocketeer, making them a full-on Spark family! Samantha has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Sonoma State University.
