Crystal Lane-Cox is the principal of Rocketship Los Sueños. Crystal brings over a decade of dynamic school leadership experience, most recently serving as the Middle Years Program Principal at Meridian World School, where she led a thriving International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program rooted in intercultural awareness and student-centered learning. Prior to that, she served as an Assistant Principal at Meridian and as Associate Principal in Washington state. Crystal holds a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Languages and Cultures and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Organization at Texas Woman’s University. She is passionate about fostering inclusive, high-performing school cultures where every student feels seen, challenged, and empowered.
