A seasoned HR leader and coach, Alex brings deep global experience—spanning North America, South America, EMEA, India, Malaysia, Australia, and APAC—helping organizations build high-retention, high-engagement cultures rooted in equity and impact.

Throughout her career, Alex has led talent strategy, employee development, and DEI initiatives across sectors, combining people analytics with a strong commitment to social impact. She holds a Certified Diversity Professional credential from the National Diversity Council, is a Certified Professional Coach, and recently earned Cornell’s Graduate Certificate in Corporate Sustainability and SHRM’s People Analytics Specialty Credential (SHRM-PASC).
