Dr. Isiah King joins the Board of Trustees as an educational entrepreneur and executive coach specializing in strategic school improvement, leadership development, and operational excellence. Currently, Isiah is a Partner at Fulcrum Education Solutions, where he oversees a portfolio of school and organizational partners across Wisconsin and Illinois. In this role, he designs strategic continuous improvement plans, manages business operations, and delivers executive coaching.

Deeply committed to community-driven education, Isiah is also the Co-Founder and CEO of Milwaukee-based Re-Imagine Education, Inc. Recognized by city and state leaders with the Corporate Social Responsibility Award, the organization has trained over 250 educators in culturally responsive practices under his leadership.
