Lauren Taylor is a dedicated Milwaukee education leader with over 13 years of proven success in strategy, school operations, leadership, and development. Currently, Lauren serves as the Chief of Staff at the Notre Dame School of Milwaukee, where she oversees critical strategic initiatives and day-to-day leadership to support the school’s mission.

Lauren has extensive experience with Rocketship, spending over a decade with Rocketship Wisconsin, driving regional growth and operational excellence. During this time, she held several high-impact leadership positions, including Sr. Director of External Affairs and Operations, Chief of Staff, and Regional Director of Operations.

Lauren brings an intimate understanding of Rocketship, the Milwaukee educational landscape and strong connections to a variety of philanthropic organizations in the area.
