Tiffany D. Wilson is Chief Operating Officer at Rocketship Public Schools. She is an executive leader with more than two decades of experience building high-performing organizations that enable schools, educators, and students to thrive. Throughout her career, Tiffany has led complex, cross-functional work spanning school operations, human resources, enrollment, facilities, technology, compliance, governance, data strategy, and organizational effectiveness.

Most recently, Tiffany served as Chief Operations Officer at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools, where she led enterprise operations across a network serving nearly 12,500 students. Under her leadership, Alliance strengthened operational performance across the organization by redesigning enterprise service delivery, expanding school operations leadership, modernizing emergency preparedness and communications systems, building stronger organizational infrastructure, and reducing chronic absenteeism by nearly half.

Tiffany began her career as a 2002 Teach For America corps member in Washington, D.C., teaching elementary school for three years before practicing corporate law. Drawn back to public education, she later served as Assistant Principal of Operations at a public charter school in Southeast Washington, D.C., where she built and led core operational functions including facilities, finance, compliance, human resources, and data. During her tenure, the school established sustainable operational systems and earned its first Tier 1 rating on the D.C. School Quality Report.

In addition to her executive leadership, Tiffany serves as a Fox Fellowship Coach, partnering with charter school leaders across the country to strengthen operational excellence, strategic leadership, and organizational effectiveness.

A first-generation college graduate, Tiffany believes that strong operational systems are ultimately about people. She is passionate about developing leaders, building healthy organizational cultures, and creating the conditions that allow educators to focus on what matters most: helping every student unleash their full potential.
