Our Executive Director
Eric Dailey is an accomplished education executive with approximately 15 years of experience shaping systems improvements and student outcomes within public education. He was previously a managing partner at The New Teacher Project, a leading education consulting and research organization. He also served as Vice President and Interim Executive Director at Teach For America Nashville-Chattanooga, where he helped make the region one of the fastest growing in the TFA network and the most effective educator prep program in the state.

Lottery & Application Information
Rocketship is a tuition-free K5-5 public school and we accept applications from students entering grades K5-5. The application is free, there is no interview process and students are admitted by random lottery. All students who are residents of Tennessee, including students with IEPs and English Language Learners, are encouraged to apply.
